The holiday's are finally over! And you know what that means - it's time to get back into the swing of things. Time to recommit to living a happy and health life; a new year means new habits and working out is about to be one of them! 

Maybe you haven't exercised in weeks (or, months). You might not feel prepared to start working out again. I get it! It's definitely going to take some time to get back into the groove. But, there's no better time to start than right now. 

Here are some tips on how to get back into the work out spirit:

Have A Goal In Mind

It's always good to have a goal in mind! Before you start working out, decide what exactly you're aiming for. How much weight do you want to lose and where do you want to lose it? How much muscle do you want to gain and where do you want to gain it? Ask yourself these questions, first!
