The statistics on the amount of people who step out on their spouse are about as conflicting as the amount of couples who get divorced. While many outlets cite around 50 percent for both, we recently found some data stating that somewhere around 21 percent of men and 15 percent of women have been unfaithful in their marriage.
Meanwhile, 74 percent of men and 64 percent of women would cheat if there was a guarantee that their spouse would never find out.
But what about the people cheaters cheat with? It’s probably assumed that most of these individuals fall into the homewrecker category. But have you ever thought about the amount of married people who lie about being married or hide their marital status for as long as possible?
Contrary to popular assumption, not everyone who dates someone who’s married does it on purpose. Sometimes, they just don’t know what signs to look out for.
